National Running Day Giveaway

Apparently today is National Running Day. Is it just me, or does it seem like we celebrated this about 2 weeks ago? It seems impossible that it's been a year since the last NRD. But then again, sometimes I have to really think about it to remember what season it is. So, clearly I have issues.

In honor of this lovely National Running Day, I propose a giveaway! This giveaway is also conveniently timed as part of the "let's get rid of the stuff we don't want to haul to Utah" festivities (local friends, this is for real--there will be festivities, and you will be invited to browse the smorgasbord of things we intend to leave behind!). Without further ado, I offer you:

I read this book during my travels to and from the Cleveland Marathon in 2011. I cried through large portions of it. You will too. It's heart wrenching and inspiring.

Rules of Play:
  1. Leave a comment on this post to enter
  2. Open to residents of the U.S.
  3. It's not mandatory, but I'd love it if you read the book and then re-gifted it via a giveaway of your very own. I'm going to leave a note in the front cover, and you can too. It will be lovely.
Happy Running Day!!

This book is in my Amazon wish list right now. I'm training for my first half-marathon right now and would love to read it!
